Mrs. Purnell

This is my third year at Wake Forest-Rolesville Middle School and I am very excited to be here. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my group of sixth graders last year and look forward to another great year. I previously worked in Franklin County at Cedar Creek Middle School where I had been a counselor for nine years. I grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio and came down to North Carolina to attend Shaw University where I played basketball and ran cross country. I later attended North Carolina Central University where I received a degree in School Counseling. I enjoy playing basketball, working out, reading great books and traveling with my family.
